Membership of the WoodCreek Homeowners Association (HOA) consists of every person who is the record owner of any lot in the WoodCreek subdivision.  WoodCreek residents are full members, and membership is required of all homeowners.  For 2008, annual dues for WoodCreek residents are $650 per household.  Homes in WoodCreek run from the upper $300,000s to the upper $500,000s.
