Sany Brings $100 Million Dollar Facility To Peachtree City!

Economic development is on the move in Peachtree City!  The Sany Group, one of China’s largest industrial corporations has announced plans to build a manufacturing plant in Peachtree City, Ga. This $100 million dollar investment by Sany will initially involve the assemble of large truck-mounted concrete pumps. Additionally, the new facility, will serve as corporate headquarters for Sany’s US division.

Sany is building its facility on 268 acres and will initially employ 200 workers and ultimately, up to 500 jobs may be provided by the facility. This plant will be only Sany’s second manufacturing facility outside of mainland China.  The other facility is located in India.

Sany’s products include truck-mounted concrete pumps and trailer pumps, as well as road construction
machinery such as hydraulic vibratory rollers and asphalt pavers, shoveling conveyance, crawler cranes,
soil drilling rigs and crawler excavators. Sany’s plant will assemble one of the largest truck-mounted
concrete pumps built.  The facility will also house Sany’s research and development unit.
